By purchasing and using NextGenKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use NextGenKit as described in our License page. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code.

• You may use NextGenKit to build personal and commercial projects based on your purchased plan.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the boilerplate source code.
• You may not create competing products using the source code.

NextGenKit and all associated materials are the intellectual property of NextGenKit. You retain ownership of the applications you build using the product.

NextGenKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You assume all risk associated with the use of the product, including but not limited to bugs, deployment issues, compatibility problems, or any loss of revenue.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the product for abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
