Access to the product is typically delivered instantly after successful payment via email. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.

The purchased product is licensed for your use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

If you experience a critical issue that prevents you from using the product, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@nextgenkit.dev. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and only in cases where we are unable to resolve the problem.
